He did not screw you over. He was honest with you. He did not want to be with you and he did not want to lead you on and drag you along. You’re bitter, I know. Because you expected more than what you got. A goodbye and a “it’s not working.” But that does not give you the right to say he is stupid or to make him look like he “screwed” you over when all he was doing was doing you a favor. You were the one who said you wanted nothing but honesty. He’s giving it to you. You’re hurt. Cry. It’s okay. You deserve a guy who would do everything for you. Who isn’t going to pretend he wants to be with you. 

But most importantly, you deserve the truth.
