I knew I matured when I realized that every situation doesn’t need a reaction. Sometimes you just have to leave people do the lame shit that they do. Because if you sit there and react to every little thing that people do, you’ll just end up wasting your precious time and end up being totally unfair to yourself. I also realized that no matter how much you argue or try to educate someone, you just can’t. Simply because they’re close minded and refuse to accept the fact that the world is bigger than what they think. That some people just like to think they’re contented and choose not to look further. They like to sit on a small box. I also found that not stressing over what people do and why people do what they do, can do you so much for yourself. One day, you will sit there and think to yourself, “wait, why am I even arguing with you?” And then you’ll just move on.
